Alert - Warning - Tropical Storm Debby - Offices Closed 8/6 - 8/7
The State of South Carolina and Beaufort are under a State of Emergency for potential effects from Tropical Storm Debby. Please monitor local forecasts and follow updates from the National Hurricane Center. Begin taking proper precautions such as moving all furniture, grills & other outdoor items inside.
Expect at minimum Tropical Storm Winds & Rain during the next 24-48 hours. Debby is a slow-moving storm, which means its impacts are likely to last for a longer duration.
The Beaufort Housing Authority will be closed for normal business hours on Tuesday and Wednesday due to Tropical Storm Debby.
