Public Housing Wait List

The Beaufort Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List will be open for 3-bedroom units ONLY from March 17, 2025, to March 21, 2025, between the hours of 9:00am -4:00pm.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Applications will be accepted for ONLY 3-BEDROOM UNITS.
• PLEASE PICK UP APPLICATION FROM BEAUFORT HOUSING AUTHORITY OFFICE PRIOR TO MARCH 17, 2025
• The waiting list will be open for 5 days only - don't miss your chance to apply!
• Application Deadline: March 21, 2025, at 4:00pm (applications submitted after this date will not be considered).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• All applications must be completed including all required supporting documents.
• INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must meet certain income and household size requirements.
• Proof of household composition and income will be required for all applicants.
