CLOSED: Section 8 Pre-Applications - Accepted June 13-17, 2022

Section 8 is a rental assistance program designed to help low-income persons afford rent in safe community environments.

Pre-Applications may be:

• completed in person at the central office -
  • 1009 Prince Street, Beaufort, SC 29902 8:30 am - 1:00 pm; 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm.
• returned by US mail -
  • PO Box 1104 Beaufort, SC 29901.
• submitted online from Monday, June 13th, 8:30 am EST to Friday, June 17th, 4:30 pm EST.

Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.

Applications will NOT be accepted after 4:30 PM, Friday, June 17, 2022.

Placement on the list will be determined by a lottery drawing.
