HUD Smoke Free Policy

Due to the increased risk of fire, increased maintenance cost, and the health effects of second hand smoke, Beaufort Housing Authority is adopting a No Smoking Policy.  This policy prohibits smoking in any interior common areas, including but not limited to community rooms, community bathrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, stairways, offices, within living units and on any property owned or operated by Beaufort Housing Authority.  This policy applies to all residents, guests, visitors, service personnel and employees.
