LHRC - Affordable Housing
LowCountry Housing & Redevelopment Corporation (LHRC) is a non-profit affiliate of Beaufort Housing Authority. Founded in 1995, LHRC provides additional affordable housing within Beaufort County and is governed by a five-member Board of Directors.
To complete an application for the LowCountry Housing & Redevelopment housing units, please complete the below application. The application can be returned to the Beaufort Housing Authority Central Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM or by appointment.
